Target Investigations will be celebrating its 25th Silver Anniversary this year. The company was founded by Chief Investigator Kenneth D’Angelo in 1992, and has since risen to become the industry leader in the area of family-law private investigations. What began as a one man operation over two decades ago, now consists of a very talented team of professional investigators and computer and cellphone forensic examiners with a sterling reputation for getting answers. With two locations in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area, one in Gaithersburg, Maryland and the other in Reston, Virginia, they service a wide geographical portion of this area, including Arlington, Alexandria, Fairfax and Loudoun Counties in Virginia, and Montgomery, Frederick, Prince Georges, Howard and Anne Arundel Counties in Maryland. However, assignments outside of these areas are considered on a case-per-case basis.
