Mr. D’Angelo spoke to members of the Virginia House of Delegates regarding the industry’s need for a particular House Bill to be passed into law that would allow Licensed Private Investigative Businesses in Virginia to utilize the services of Registered Private Investigators in Virginia, not only as employees but as independent contractors as well. Following his testimony, a short amendment was made to the bill before it was voted on and passed through the committee for recording.
